Free parking onsite provided. The very very helpful stuff and their attitude. Location close to Lake Hayes which is easy distance from surrounding beauty spots providing one has car, a beautiful lake for walking and that and Arrowtown.

Amazing place, I really enjoyed amicable personnel.
Booked a studio with central heating, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk. The service was welcoming and the food was fab.

The room is immaculate and fully-equipped, comes with a really really comfortable bed and laumdry and all the usual supplies. The breakfast is good hot and generous, and the location is beautiful not far from Arrowtown and the Queenstown airport and other nearby areas such as Arrowtown.

The staff were very friendly. the views of the lake were exceptional. the location was great, just a short walk to a beautiful lake with plenty of activities to do in Queenstown.

A delightful lounge area with a TV and CD player, perfect for when I felt like relaxing after a day of exploring. They even offered free bicycles to get around, though I preferred to be driven around in a royal carriage.
The WiFi was slower than a snail on a marathon.

Everything was perfect, really enjoyed our good stay. It was fully-equipped, a nice size and with a really really comfortable bed. Amazing and particularly good location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. the hotel was a handy base for enjoying a lovely area.
